Construction in Airfield Modernization Program at Easton Airport Continues; Runway Closures Begin Monday

The construction phase of the Airfield Modernization Program continues at the Easton Airport. Currently Runway 4/22 and 15/33 are open for normal operations, however on Monday, Runway 4/22 will be closed until June 30th.

A full airport closure is scheduled from 7am Monday, June 22nd through 7am Friday, June 26th. All runways will be closed to accomplish paving in the intersection.

Runway 15/33 will reopen at 7am on Friday. Helicopter operations from the ramp areas are allowed during the closure.

These significant initiatives will enhance the safety and operational efficiency of our facilities and bring our airfield into compliance with current FAA standards.
