Cracked windshield helps police bust crack dealer

A traffic stop leads Delaware State Police to arrest a man on weapons and drugs charges. Troopers pulled over a car driving southbound on South Dupont Highway Tuesday evening for a cracked windshield.

They discovered the driver, Robert Harding of Felton, had a 40 caliber glock handgun tucked into his waistband, police then found 18 grams of crack, 4 grams of coke, and 10 ecstacy pills on Harding, as well as a digital scale in his car. Harding was charged with multiple counts of possession with intent to deliver, and other weapons and drug charges. He was taken to Vaughn Correctional Center on $42,000 secured bond.
