A Dagsboro couple has been charged with burglary after they were found in a Lewes home.  Delaware State Police were called to Derby Drive Saturday evening for a report of a burglary in progress.  Police found two people in the garage and another in a van that was parked in the garage.  The two adults refused to comply with the officer’s demands and resisted arrest before they were placed in custody.  Police learned that 46 year old Ray Pollard and his 42 year old wife, Michelle had broken into the house where they planned to stay.  Their 16 year old son was in the van – which belonged to the Pollards. The adults are charged with 2nd degree burglary, conspiracy and other offenses.  They were released on bond.
