DART Driver Charged with Unlawful Sexual Contact

A DART paratransit bus driver is facing charges from Milford Police who say he tried to force two people to touch him inappropriately in February. Police say in a statement released on Tuesday that 57 year old Joseph Spruill of Georgetown was arrested following an investigation into an alleged incident that happened on a DART para-transit bus in February. He surrendered to police and is scheduled to appear in Kent County Court in August for arraignment.
