DE E-ZPass to Undergo Changes and Updates Beginning Thursday, Nov 13

And that the administrative fee may be up to $25.
Before the upgrade is complete ā the E-ZPass Delaware website and all related online services will be temporarily unavailable beginning at 8pm Thursday, November 13th through 7am Tuesday, November 18th.
