Death Investigation, Suspected Homicide
July 31, 2022/
First responders were called to Staytonville Road off North Union Church Road around 1:45 a.m. Sunday for a man down, possibly a pedestrian struck.
But the victim was pronounced dead at the scene with suspected gunshot wounds. Homicide detectives are en route.
This is north of Beach Highway (Route 16) between Ellendale and Oakley.
