Delaware Democrats Hire New Data Director
The Delaware Democratic Party has hired a new Data Director. Dillon McCormick will help to advance the renewed vision of the party with his experience in voter database management, data security and field operations. McCormick most recently served as the Deputy Data Director of the Pennsylvania Democratic Party.

We are excited to welcome Dillon as our new Data Director, to help us more meaningfully engage voters and ultimately achieve our mission in getting more Democrats elected,” said Evelyn W. Brady, Delaware Democratic Party Chair.
Most recently, McCormick served as the Deputy Data Director of the Pennsylvania Democratic Party, building on his previous experiences helping execute winning strategies for Democrats in key battle ground states.
“Dillon’s experience speaks for itself. But on top of his understanding on how to leverage voter data and strengthen field operations, he genuinely believes in the Democratic Party’s purpose. It is because of this commitment, I am confident he will be a true asset in accomplishing the work ahead,” said Seth Barnes, Executive Director of the Delaware Democratic Party.
McCormick officially joined the Delaware Democratic Party staff on Monday, June 8.
