DEC has Issued a Beat the Peak Alert for 4 to 6pm Today, July 17th

The Delaware Electric Cooperative has issued a Beat the Peak Alert for 4 to 6 pm today, July 17th. They ask those of you who are members to conserve energy and keep your electric rates affordable. During the alert period turn your thermostat up a few degrees, delay the use of major appliances such as dishwashers, dryers and hot water heaters and turning off any unnecessary lights.
