A measure has been introduced by Senator Stephanie Hanson addresses Delaware’s Litter Control Law.  SB 6 would create the Litter Investigation and Enforcement Fund – with the funding coming from restitution paid by offenders to support investigation to identify violators. The bill is waiting for consideration in the Senate Transportation Committee.

Legislation introduced by Representative Michael Ramone would restore the $500 senior real property tax credit for FY 2019 and every year thereafter.  HB 37 is in the House Administration Committee – a hearing must take place within 12 legislative days.
