Delaware State Police Arrest Two for Stolen Vehicle, Drugs
Delaware State Police have arrested a Salisbury woman and a Seaford man in connection with a stolen vehicle and drug offenses on Tuesday in Seaford. According to police, while a trooper from Troop 5 was patrolling Concord Road in Seaford on December 16th at about 8:15 p.m., the officer stopped a 2009 Lincoln MKS that had been reported stolen by the Salisbury Police Department. The trooper identified the occupants as 53-year-old Lisa Savage of Salisbury and 47-year-old Lavarr Holbrook and took both into custody without incident. During a subsequent search of the vehicle and the two individuals, troopers located drug paraphernalia belonging to Savage, and approximately 1.53 grams of heroin and approximately 0.76 grams of crack cocaine concealed on Holbrook鈥檚 person. Savage and Holbrook each face multiple charges and are at Sussex Correctional Institution–Savage on a $3,200 cash bond and Holbrook on a $4,400 cash bond.

- Driving Without a Valid License

Lavarr Holbrook
Holbrook was taken to Troop 5, where he was charged with the crimes listed below, arraigned by the Justice of the Peace Court 7, and committed to the Sussex Correctional Institution on a $4,400 cash bond.
- Manufacture/Deliver/PWID Controlled Substance (Felony)
- Possess/Consume a Controlled or Counterfeit Substance
- Possession of Drug Paraphernalia Not Related to Marijuana
