A ribbon-cutting of Beebe鈥檚 expanded mobile health clinic was held yesterday in Rehoboth. Beebe’s Director of Community Outreach Kim Blanch tells the Talk of Delmarva about the additional vehicles that have been purchased for the mobile clinic.
The delegation celebrated the $3.3 million in total federal funding they secured for the mobile health unit and other projects at Beebe, all with the aim of improving community health in Sussex County.

She added that they use an integrative model of care, with clinicians experienced in both behavioral and medical health. The team also includes a community health worker to address social needs, and for those who request it, they can provide referrals to a chaplain.
