DelDOT Traffic Alert: Lewes Area Road to be Closed Due to Tree Removal

New Road in the Lewes area will be closed on Monday, June 16th between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. for the removal of a hazardous tree located along New Road, according to DelDOT. Eastbound motorists will use Route 1/Coastal Highway then turn left onto Savannah Road, then turn left onto Old Orchard Rd, arriving at New Rd. Westbound motorists will turn left onto Old Orchard Rd, then turn right onto Savannah Rd, then turn right onto Route 1/Coastal Highway then turn right onto Nassau Rd, arriving back at New Road.
