THE TALK OF DELMARVA'S DELMARVALOUS BUSINESS / WINTER CASH GIVE-A-WAY

1ST QUARTER 2023 CONTEST RULES

(1)  All Entrants must be 18 years of age or older.

(2)  Starting January 1st, 2023 through March 31st, 2023 Entrants must acquire an entry form from a legitimate TALK OF DELMARVA Delmarvalous Business Sponsor location, fill out the entry form, completely and legibly and mail the entry form to Winter Cash, C/O THE TALK OF DELMARVA, P O Box 530, Rehoboth Beach, DE 19971  or bring the entry form to THE TALK OF DELMARVA Office at 31549 Dutton Lane, Lewes, DE 19958, Monday – Friday 9:00am – 4:00pm.  ENTRY FORMS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO THE TALK OF DELMARVA BY THE ENTRANT.  SPONSORS ARE NOT PERMITTED TO COLLECT ENTRY FORMS FROM ENTRANTS TO SUBMIT TO THE TALK OF DELMARVA ON BEHALF OF THE ENTRANT

(3)  Entrants are allowed only one (1) entry form from any one Delmarvalous Business Sponsor location. To increase the chances of winning, entrants may visit all of THE TALK OF DELMARVA's Delmarvalous Business Sponsor locations and acquire an entry form from each location.

(4)  THE TALK OF DELMARVA will draw one entry form in February of 2023, March of 2023 and at the beginning of the month of April 2023 to allow entrants up until the last day of March (March 31st, 2023) to acquire an entry form. All entry forms must be postmarked no later than Friday, March 31st, 2023 and received at THE TALK OF DELMARVA no later than Thursday, April 6th, 2023 or dropped off at THE TALK OF DELMARVA's Office no later than Wednesday, April 5th, 2023. The final drawing will be on Friday, April 7th, 2023

Each monthly winner will win $500.00 from The Talk of Delmarva and Entrants Are Eligible to Win More Than Once by submitting more than one entry form, but are restricted to one entry form from any one sponsor location.  Any Entrant whose name is drawn more than once from the same sponsor location will be disqualified from a second winning.  To receive the cash award, winning entrants are required by Federal Tax Regulation to fill out a Form W-9 to be filed at THE TALK OF DELMARVA.

(5)  The Delmarvalous Business Sponsor location will be identified on the entry form to determine where the form was acquired. Each winning entry form will also pay out a $500.00 prize to the sponsor location named on the winning entry form and a sponsor location is eligible to win more than once.
