Democrat Candidates Forum Thursday for 20th District House Seat
There will be a candidates forum for the open 20th District seat in the State House on Thursday, July 3rd. The forum will be held at the Lewes Public Library from 6:30 to 8:30pm – all registered Democrats are welcome to attend – but you must live in the 20th District. The candidates are Allona Berry, Joe Elder, Randi Meredith, Ruby Schaeffer and Keith Steck. Attendees are encouraged to ask questions in written form. The eventual Democratic nominee will be selected by members of the 20th RD Democratic Committee immediately after the forum. Party candidates will then run in a special election that has yet to be scheduled but is expected to occur in early August.

and parts of Harbeson and Georgetown. Forum attendees will be encouraged to ask
