DE’s Newest Supreme Court Judge Sworn In

The Honorable Tamika Montgomery-Reeves was sworn in for her first term as a Justice of the Delaware Supreme Court Friday afternoon in Wilmington. Chief Justice Collins Seitz administered the Oath of Office. Justice Montgomery-Reeves replaces Seitz who was elevated to the position of Chief Justice last November. Before her appointment to the State’s highest court, Justice Montgomery-Reeves was Vice Chancellor of the Delaware Court of Chancery from November 2015 through November 2019.
