DOC Officials Looking for SCCC Walk Away

Corrections officials are looking for an offender who failed to return to the SCCC from an approved work pass on Friday.  An escape after conviction warrant has been issued for 35 year old Kirk Holroyd from the Millsboro area.  Holroyd is white, 5′ 8″ and 150 pounds with hazel eyes and brown hair and his whereabouts are unknown and unauthorized at this time. He was being held for a violation of probation for 3^rd degree burglary.
