Dover Man Arrested on Burglary Charges

A Dover man has been arrested on burglary charges after an incident Sunday evening. Dover Police were called around 6pm to an apartment on Tollhouse Place when a black man in blue clothing entered the victim’s apartment who the victim didn’t know. Police arrested 29 year old Austinio Brown of Dover, who matched the suspect’s description – and investigation showed Brown went into the victim’s apartment several times on Sunday and removed property belonging to the victim. Police learned that Brown tried to enter the victim’s apartment several times in May but was unsuccessful. Brown is charged with:

• 2^nd degree burglary
• stalking
• theft under $1500.

He’s being held in default of a $6500 secured bail.
