Dover Man Charged with Vehicle Theft in Milford

A Dover man has been arrested by Milford Police after officers spotted a vehicle traveling on the wrong side of the road on North Rehoboth Boulevard. Police spotted markings that looked like the vehicle was recently removed from a car dealership. Police arrested 53 year old Roy Perdow – also known as Roy Perkins of Dover – who is also wanted in a theft of a motor vehicle in August. Perdow is charged with having a suspended license, 2 counts of vehicle theft and other offenses. He’s being held in default of bond
