Dover PD Arrest Wanted Fugitive

Dover Police and the US Marshal First State Fugitive Task Force have arrested a man wanted out of North Carolina on weapons charges. Police arrested 32 year old Tyan Collins of Dover Friday after he ran from officers. After Collins was arrested he was found in possession of heroin, crack cocaine and oxycodone pills. He’s being held at SCI pending extradition to North Carolina. Collins is charged with multiple new drug and other offenses.
