Dover Police Investigating Armed Carjacking at Sam’s Club

Dover Police are looking for two individuals following an armed carjacking that occurred yesterday evening at Sam’s Club. Officers arrived at Sam’s Club after 7 p.m. The victim, a 26-year-old Magnolia man, told them he was approached by two black males in the parking lot, one of which was armed with a handgun. They demanded the victim turn over property, including his car keys, and he complied.  One fled in the victim’s vehicle, which is a 2019 Dodge Charger Scat Pack with Delaware Registration 223742. The other person fled in a white four-door sedan with window tint. Officers checked the area for the vehicles and drivers, but the search was unsuccessful.

The suspect descriptions from Dover Police are as follows:

Suspect 1 is described as a skinny black male, approximately 5’6″-5’7″, wearing a black ski mask, dark clothing, with a white scarf with a plaid design armed with a handgun.

Suspect 2 is described as a skinny black male approximately 6’1″ – 6’2″, with no clothing description provided.
