Dover Police Investigating Fiery, Fatal Crash on North Dupont Highway

Dover Police and Fire were called for a vehicle crash just before 11 Monday night that resulted in the death of a 22 year old Dover man. Police found that a Toyota Camry was southbound when it left the roadway and struck a utility pole on North DuPont Highway and caught fire. Dover Fire personnel put out the fire and were able to extricate the victim who died from his injuries.

The victim was turned over to the Medical Examiner’s Office for further examination.
