Drug Investigation in Laurel Leads to Multiple Arrests – 1 Man Still Wanted


A 2-month long drug investigation by Laurel Police led to the execution of a search warrant at the Little Creek Apartment Complex. A search of the residence turned up over 2 grams of heroin as well as cocaine and crack cocaine packaged for distribution. A handgun was also recovered. Police say two children were present when the search warrant was executed.

The tactical execution of this operation was conducted in conjunction with the Seaford Police Department’s SPEAR Team.

Police have arrested 4 people and fifth remains at large. Police are looking for 34 year old Enoch Williams of Laurel and warn that he is considered armed and dangerous with a history of violence. As a result of this investigation, the following individuals were taken into custody without incident and have been charged with the following:

Deandre Glover, 33, of Laurel, DE:

  • Manufacture/Deliver/Possession with Intent to Deliver a Controlled Substance, Tier 2 (Class C Felony)   
  • Possession with Intent to Deliver a Controlled Substance, Tier 2 (Class C Felony)
  • Possession of a Controlled Substance, Tier 2 (Class E Felony)
  • Conspiracy 2nd Degree to Commit Felony (Class G Felony)
  • Endangering the Welfare of a Child by Committing a Drug Act (Class A Misdemeanor) x2

Glover was arraigned and committed to Sussex Correctional Institution in lieu of $20,001 secured bail. He was also issued a no-contact order for the Little Creek Apartment Complex.

Jessica Williams, 38, of Laurel, DE:

  • Possession with Intent to Deliver a Controlled Substance, Tier 2 (Class C Felony)
  • Possession of a Controlled Substance, Tier 2 (Class E Felony)
  • Conspiracy 2nd Degree to Commit Felony (Class G Felony)
  • Endangering the Welfare of a Child by Committing a Drug Act (Class A Misdemeanor) x2

Williams was arraigned and released on her own recognizance.

Ramall Martinez, 31, of Seaford, DE

  • Manufacture/Deliver/Possession with Intent to Deliver a Controlled Substance, Tier 2 (Class C Felony)  
  • Possession of a Controlled Substance, Tier 2 (Class E Felony)
  • Conspiracy 2nd Degree to Commit Felony (Class G Felony) 
  • Endangering the Welfare of a Child by Committing a Drug Act (Class A Misdemeanor) x2

Martinez was arraigned and committed to Sussex Correctional Institution in lieu of $10,000 secured bail. He was also issued a no-contact order for the Little Creek Apartment Complex.


Vintavious Gaston, 34, of Laurel, DE (not pictured at this time)

  • Manufacture/Deliver/Possession with Intent to Deliver a Controlled Substance, Tier 2 (Class C Felony)  
  • Possession of a Controlled Substance, Tier 2 (Class E Felony)  
  • Endangering the Welfare of a Child by Committing a Drug Act (Class A Misdemeanor) x2

Gaston was arraigned and released on $7,000 unsecured bail. He was also issued a no-contact order for the Little Creek Apartment Complex.

  • Conspiracy 2nd Degree to Commit Felony (Class G Felony)

  • Possession of Human Growth Hormone without a Prescription (Class B Misdemeanor)
  • Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (Class B Misdemeanor)
