Drug Investigation Leads To 3 Arrests In Seaford

Three Seaford residents are facing drug-related charges following a police response to complaints of drug activity and quality of life issues.

Seaford Police said Thursday that a search warrant executed at a residence on Collins Avenue turned up heroin, cocaine, crack cocaine, prescription drugs and drug paraphernalia.

66-year-old Carol Guthmann is charged with maintaining a drug property, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. 37-year-old Norman Carter is charged with possession of a controlled substance. 50-year-old Jimmy Gray is charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Seaford Police were assisted by members of the Delaware State Police Governor’s Task Force and Delaware Probation and Parole.
