DSP Arrest Two from Felton on Felony Drug Offenses
Two from Felton have been arrested on felony drug charges after Probation and Parole was assisted by the Kent County Governor’s Task Force with an administrative search at the home of 47 year old Eric Cane on Jessica Lane in Felton. Before the search officers saw Cane in a hand-to-hand transaction with an unknown person outside the residence. As officers approached Cane, he was seen throwing a bag of drugs under a vehicle in the driveway. A search of the property turned up over 13 grams of methamphetamines and drug paraphernalia. Both Cane and 43 year old Amber Knolls were arrested.聽聽

Cane was arrested and taken to Troop 3, where he was charged with the crimes listed below:
- Possession with Intent to Deliver a Controlled Substance, Tier 2 Quantity (Felony)
- Possession of a Controlled Substance, Tier 2 Quantity (Felony)
- Tampering with Physical Evidence (Felony)
- Conspiracy 2nd Degree (Felony)
- Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
Cane was arraigned by Justice of the Peace Court 2, and released on a $30,200 unsecured bond but committed to Sussex Correctional Institution for probation violations.

Knolls was arrested and taken to Troop 3, where she was charged with the crimes listed below:
- Possession with Intent to Deliver a Controlled Substance, Tier 2 Quantity (Felony)
- Possession of a Controlled Substance, Tier 2 Quantity (Felony)
- Conspiracy 2nd Degree (Felony)
- Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
Knolls was arraigned by Justice of the Peace Court 11, and committed to Delores J. Baylor Women鈥檚 Correctional Institution on a $30,000 cash bond
