DSP Investigating Dover Murder

A murder investigation is underway in Dover after Delaware State Police were called to the Uplift Barber Shop on Governors Avenue for a reported shooting. Police say a 23 year old Dover man was a patron in the barbershop when an unknown male suspect entered, fired multiple shots at the victim and left on foot. There were others in the barber shop but no one else was injured. The victim was taken to a nearby hospital where he was pronounced dead.
