DSP Trying to Locate Laurel Man Wanted for Vehicle Theft

Your help is needed to locate a man wanted by Delaware State Police for theft of a motor vehicle and other offenses. Police are looking for 38 year old William “Billy” Betts of Laurel who has active warrants after an incident in September of 2017.
