Easton Police Investigate Bomb Threat at Local Business
April 2, 2026/
Easton Police were called to Ultra Beauty on Marlboro Avenue in Easton on Thursday for a bomb threat. Ultra Beauty and surrounding businesses were evacuated and police learned store staff received a threat, which was later determined to have originated in Pennsylvania.
Agencies in Pennsylvania assisted to determine that the threat was not viable. The Maryland State Fire Marshal and Queen Anne’s County Sheriff’s Department conducted a K-9 scan of the building with a negative alert for explosive materials.
Talbot County Emergency Services provided on-scene support as well.
