Ellendale Woman Charged with Theft

Ellendale Police arrested a woman after a traffic stop who was wanted on felony theft charges by Milton Police.  During proactive traffic enforcement police stopped 35 year old Ukemia Parker of Ellendale for a variety of traffic offenses and possession of drug paraphernalia.  She was turned over to Milton Police and charged with theft under $1500 where a victim is 62 years or older.  She is free on bond pending an arraignment and preliminary hearing.
