Fallen Georgetown Officer Chad Spicer to be Remembered at Wreath-Laying Ceremony Thursday

September 1st is a tragic day in Georgetown’s history.
Patrol officer Chad Spicer was murdered in the line of duty September 1st, 2009.
On the 13th anniversary of his death, a wreath-laying ceremony will take place in his memory at his memorial on The Circle at North Bedford Street.
The service is scheduled to begin at 7:00 p.m. Thursday. The public is invited.
