Federalsburg Man Arrested for Failing to Register as Sex Offender

A Federalsburg man has been arrested for failing to report for his scheduled appointment 聽at the Caroline County Sheriff’s Office to register himself as a sex offender. On October 23rd, an Arrest Warrant was obtained for Ethan Michael Henry. On October 29th, a Deputy responded to Henry’s residence and took him into custody. 聽Following an initial appearance with the Caroline County District Court Commissioner, Henry was ordered to be held in the Caroline County Detention Center on no bond.聽
