UPDATED: Felton Man Arrested for Violating PFA & No Contact Orders

UPDATED – 06/28/25 – A Felton man has been arrested by Felton Police after violating a Protection from Abuse order. Police were contacted Friday and found that the suspect, 45 year old Steven Huey violated the court orders by sending mail correspondence to the female victim from Sussex Correctional in Georgetown, where he is currently incarcerated. Huey was arrested on the following offenses:
- Noncompliance with Conditions of Recognizance Bond or Conditions (Class G Felony)
- Criminal Contempt of a Domestic Violence Protective Order (Class A Misdemeanor).
Huey was video arraigned by the Justice of the Peace Court and remains in custody at SCI. The PFA and no contact orders remain in place.

ORIGINAL STORY – 5/24/25 – A Felton man has been arrested for stalking Felton Police arrested 45 year old Steven Huey, Sr. on Thursday after he violated six court orders by contacting the female victim throughout April and May in Felton.
Felton Police obtained a warrant for Huey’s arrest – he was taken into custody in Dover. He is charged with stalking (Class F Felony) and is being held at SCI in default of a $62,000 cash bail.
The Protection from Abuse and no contact order are still in effect.
