UPDATED: Victim Identified; Felton Man Dies after Motorcycle Crash Near Magnolia

Delaware State Police have identified 46-year-old Paul Ridenour of Felton as the man who died in a motorcycle crash Monday night in Magnolia. The Troop 3 Collision Reconstruction Unit continues to investigate the crash.

A Felton man is dead after a collision between a Camry and a Kawasaki sportbike. Delaware State Police say the driver of the Camry was stopped at the stop sign on Douglas Fir Road near Magnolia around 8pm and began to turn southbound onto Walnut Shade Road and collided with the sportbike that was northbound on Walnut Shade Road.
The operator of the sportbike – a 46 year old Felton man – was ejected and pronounced dead at the scene. The driver of the Camry – a 30 year old Felton man – was not injured.
The investigation is continuing – including whether speed was a contributing factor.
