UPDATED: Four File for Fenwick Island Town Council; Election Canceled

UPDATE  06/22/25 – There will be no election in August in Fenwick Island. Four candidates filed for four open seats on the Town Council. Incumbents Natalie Magdeburger, Jacque Napolitano and Kurt Zanelotti will return to the Council and Lucy Wilder is the fourth candidate. All four have been certified and will be sworn in to begin their 2-year terms in August. Current council member Janice Bortner did not file for re-election.

ORIGINAL STORY – 06/17/25 – Wednesday is the final day that candidates running for the Fenwick Island Town Council have to file. The filing deadline is 4:30pm on Wednesday, June 18^th. There are 4 seats up for election on August 2^nd – each is a two-year term.

Residents and property owners who are not registered to vote in the town election have until June 30^th to register.
