Fire Officials Investigating Attempted Arson Attempts in Caroline County; Multiple Vehicles Targeted

Deputy State Fire Marshals are investigating an attempted arson at Murphy鈥檚 Transport on West Belle Road in Ridgely, Caroline County where multiple vehicles were targeted. On the morning of July 7th, the owner discovered damage to the interior of one truck and later discovered that other vehicles had also been targeted. The total estimated damage is approximately $100,000. The Maryland State Police alerted the State Fire Marshal鈥檚 Office, which is now leading the case.
