Georgetown Honors Officer Chad Spicer On 12th Anniversary Of His Murder

A wreath will be laid this afternoon (Wednesday) on The Circle in Georgetown at the memorial that honors Patrolman Chad Spicer on the 12th anniversary of his death.
Spicer was shot to death in the line of duty September 1st, 2009.
The ceremony is scheduled for 5:00 p.m., and the public is invited to honor and pay respects in his memory.
