The Gold Alert that Delaware State Police Troop 3 issued on May 24th for an 11-year-old girl from Magnolia–Isinay Ross has been canceled. She has been located.

A Gold Alert has been issued for an 11 year old from Magnolia. Delaware State Police say Isinay Ross was last seen on May 15 at her home in Magnolia. Attempts to locate her have been unsuccessful and there is concern for her safety.
Ross is black, about 5-feet tall and 100 pounds with mid-length curly, black hair.
