Delaware State Police Troop 7 has issued a Gold Alert for 13-year-old Elian Rios-Perez of Lincoln. Elias was last seen near North Old State Road in Lincoln on October 16th at 8:15 a.m. Attempts to contact or locate Elian have been unsuccessful, and there is concern for Elian’s safety and well-being. Elian is about 5’6 and weighing about 140 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair and a white marking on the outside corner of the left eye. Elian was last seen wearing a black sweatshirt and jeans. Anyone with information on Elian’s whereabouts should contact State Police Troop 7 by calling 302-644-5020.
