Gov Carney Proclaims February as Teen Dating Violence Awareness Month

Yesterday Governor John Carney signed a proclamation recognizing this month as Teen Dating Violence Awareness Month.  This is to bring awareness to the issue and educate young people on the signs of teen dating violence.  1 in 3 teens in the US is a victim of physical, sexual, emotional or verbal abuse from a dating partner.
