Gov Carney Tells Trump Administration DE Will Continue to Accept Resettlement of Refugees

Governor John Carney has sent a letter to the Trump Administration accepting resettlement of refugees in the First State. In his letter to US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo, the Governor said that the country has historically been a refuge of safe harbor for people fleeing war-torn countries and in that spirit Delaware is proud to do its part and continue to accept the resettlement of refugees.
