Governor Meyer Announces Jennifer Donahue Sworn In as Sussex County Family Court Judge

Governor Matt Meyer has announced that Jennifer Donahue has been sworn in as a judge on the Sussex County Family Court. She was confirmed by the Delaware State Senate earlier today, June 18th. According to the Governor’s Office, Donahue is filling a newly created seat. As Sussex County’s population growth booms, the Sussex County Family Court is experiencing an increasingly heavy workload. A new Sussex County Family Court facility is currently under construction and is slated to be completed by the end of the year.
