Governor Meyer Announces the Launch of a Federal Misconduct Reporting Form to Support Immigrant Communities

The Delaware Office of New Americans, in partnership with the Delaware Department of Justice and the Governor鈥檚 Office, has launched a new Federal Misconduct Reporting Form intended to allow residents to document and report concerns involving interactions with federal immigration enforcement and other federal authorities. State officials say the online tool is designed to improve transparency, support civil rights protections, and connect individuals with resources, while also helping agencies identify potential patterns of misconduct and inform future responses. The form is available in English and Spanish through the Office of New Americans website, with plans to expand language access.
