Harbeson Man Charged in Copper Wire Thefts in Cecil County, MD

A Harbeson man was one of three arrested by Maryland State Police in the theft of copper wire in Cecil County, Maryland. Police say the three were arrested last week in connection with a series of three copper wire thefts, from active power poles belonging to Verizon, that caused significant damage and communication outages across Cecil County. Police have charged 55 year old Brian Tulley of Harbeson and two Maryland residents – 46 year old Stacey Lyn Tulley of Elkton and 62 year old David Mark Fenstermaker of Elkton – each with felony theft, misdemeanor theft and malicious destruction of property – with an estimated total loss and damage exceeding $66,000.
