Harrington Teen Arrested for Attempted Armed Robbery
A teenager from Harrington has been arrested for an attempted armed robbery that happened at Game Stop on N DuPont Boulevard. On June 7th Milford Police responded to that location and learned that someone wearing a blue hoodie and a black mask showed a handgun and demanded money but fled without taking any. Police, K9 units, and a helicopter searched the area but couldn鈥檛 find him initially. The individual later identified as the 16-year-old left behind what turned out to be a BB gun and fled in a red Ford Escape. The teen is charged聽with four felonies: attempted first-degree robbery, aggravated menacing, wearing a disguise during a felony, and tampering with evidence. He received $74,000 unsecured bail, must wear a GPS monitor, and was released to a guardian pending a Family Court appearance.
