Inmate Who Failed to Return to SCCC After Approved Pass Apprehended

The Delaware Department of Correction has announced that an offender from the Sussex Community Corrections Center (SCCC) in Georgetown who failed to report to his work location while on an approved pass has been apprehended. The date of the walk-away was October 17th. Department of Correction Officers in Rehoboth Beach apprehended 32-year-old Ollee Lincoln-Plummer yesterday, October 21st–and returned him to custody. He was arraigned at JP 2 before being committed to the Sussex Correctional Institution on an Escape after Conviction Warrant in lieu of $5,000 cash bail. His current offense is Violation of Probation on a charge of Theft ($1500 or greater).
