State and federal agencies are conducting a large-scale drill today (August 9th) to prepare for a potential catastrophe — a massive oil spill impacting Delaware and New Jersey. Delaware Bay and River Cooperative Strategic Advisor Rich Gaudiosi discusses his organization and the need for rapid, effective spill response.
