Laurel PD Looking for SUV Involved in Hit & Run Friday

Your help is needed to locate a vehicle involved in a hit and run crash just after 2pm Friday. Laurel Police were called to northbound Route 13 at Camp Road for a crash. Investigation determined a red Nissan Altima was northbound when a silver Nissan SUV traveling eastbound on Camp Road failed to stop for a stop sign or a yield sign and collided with the Altima in the intersection. Witnesses say the driver, a black man, inspected damage to the SUV (possibly a Rogue or similar body type – with Delaware registration) and then drove off – with possible right rear damage.
