Long Neck Man Arrested for Selling Alcohol Without a License

A Long Neck man has been arrested by the Delaware Division of Alcohol & Tobacco Enforcement (DATE) for selling alcoholic liquor without a license and other offenses. DATE officials were tipped to a location in Seaford, the I.Y.K.Y.K. Social Hall on Sussex Highway. Undercover personnel were able to make purchases of alcoholic beverages though the location did not have a license to sell alcohol. A search warrant was executed by DATE and Delaware State Police on Friday. Illegal alcohol was seized and 47 year old Lytain Dukes of Long Neck was arrested. Dukes is charged with the following offenses:

Selling alcoholic liquor without a license

Illegal storage of alcoholic liquor

Leading the public to believe they are authorized to sell alcoholic liquor
Dukes was subsequently ordered to appear in Justice of the Peace Court at a later date.
