A Magnolia woman has been arrested for a 6th offense DUI. Delaware State Police were called for a DUI in the area of Cinnamon Way at The Reserve of Chestnut Ridge in Magnolia Thursday just after 4pm.

Police located the vehicle and traveling behind the vehicle – with emergency lights activated – the trooper observed the driver drive on the grass, through a stop sign and other violations. The driver stopped in a private driveway and the trooper contacted her and noticed signs of impairment.

Police arrested 52 year old Kristine Moskal after partially completing standard field sobriety tests. A computer check showed five prior DUI convictions.

Moskal is charged with a 6th offense DUI and traffic offenses and is being held at Baylor Women’s Correctional in default of a $5005 cash bond.
