A Dover man on pleads guilty to conspiring to straw purchase guns, while on probation for straw purchasing guns. US Attorney for Delaware David Weiss securing the guilty plea from Jon Henry of Dover earlier this month. In 2015, Henry was first convicted of getting people with clean criminal records to purchase guns he otherwise would not have been able to get. Last year, while on supervised release Henry orchestrated another straw purchase for himself. Prosecutors say Henry sent out Snapchats with him waving the gun, and had it on him during a traffic stop by Dover police. Henry faces up to 20 years in prison and up to $1 million in fines.
