Maryland Woman Cited for DUI after Easton Crash

A Maryland woman has been charged with DUI after a three vehicle crash in the area of North Washington Street near Federal Street Saturday in Easton. Easton Police contacted one driver, 25 year old Megan Parker of Chestertown, and noticed a strong odor of alcohol coming from her. She was given field sobriety tests and arrested for DUI. Parker was issued citations for:
- Driving under the influence of alcohol
- Driving while impaired by alcohol
- Driving under the influence per se
- Negligent driving
- Unsafe backing of a motor vehicle
Parker was later released to a responsible friend. There were no injuries from the crash.
